unethical sales practices by sales rep Kevin Bradley at Practiceworks

This man does not have the knowledge to implement the software he promotes, jammed up my system making it my responsibility to hire another IT tech to remove it at my cost.
Kevin conveniently made himself unavailable by phone by dodging calls.
When we finally caught up with Mr. Bradley he was verbally abusive to me (I am a dentist in Maryland). I guess he didnt like the fact that I caught him charging my bank account for service I had verbally cancelled with Mr Bradley 2 years prior. He had been taking money from my account unbeknownst to me for almost 1.5 years. I guess some sales people have no morals and only care about making the sale. Everyone else at practiceworks was fully aware that the system was never implemented in my office and that no transition of any kind had taken place. It was fully documented in their computer system.
